Family Life Child Care Centers, providing the highest quality child care at five locations throughout Cuyahoga County for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years (ages vary by center). We offer year-round child care, Universal Pre- Kindergarten, before and after school care, the Head Start program and summer day camp. Exceeding industry standards in curriculum development, operations and management, our programming provides opportunities for learning in a trusting atmosphere, allowing children to participate in activities both inside and outside their classroom. Stepstone Academy, our new charter school located in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood. For the 2013-2014 school year, we are open for children in kindergarten - third grade. We will add a grade a year until we reach K-8. Stepstone Academy is committed to forming strong, strategic community partnerships. Sonya Pryor-Jones, Director of the Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood, invited Stepstone Academy to be a part of the Promise Neighborhood collaboration. Stepstone Academy accepted this invitation, and is now the Promise Neighborhood’s representative charter school. In addition, Stepstone Academy works closely with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD). Stepstone Academy is a partner community school with CMSD and is participating in the District’s Transformation Plan.
